Economic globalization and advances in information technology,the flow of resources continues to accelerate,the important role of finance in economic life has become increasingly prominent in the financial deepening process,we began to focus on the issue of financial fairness,in order to solve this problem,the concept of inclusive finance was presented.In 2005,the United Nations first proposed the construction of a inclusive financial system.Then,the World Bank,the International Monetary Fund has a dedicated team to study this subject,they spend a lot of manpower and resources to conduct research on a global scale.This paper describes and measures inclusive finance in different years and in various provinces of China,and explores the importance of the impact factors of inter-regional inclusive finance,which allows us to have a certain understanding of the development trends and regional differences of inclusive finance in China.There is a certain reference value for how to improve inclusive finance.This article uses literature research methods,statistical analysis,empirical analysis,comparative research methods,and regression analysis methods to measure the development level of inclusive finance in various provinces of China from 2006 to 2016,and compare differences in the eastern,central and western regions by means of constructing inclusive financial index.Furthermore,on the 3 levels namely the social economy,structure of bank industry and infrastructure and services,a decisive model of inclusive financial development was constructed in this thesis.This paper mainly includes five aspects:The first part is an introduction,mainly explained the research background,meaning and purpose,and article research methodology and framework has been described,and reviews and reviews the relevant literature on the development of inclusive finance and its;the second part expounds the basic concepts and related theoretical basis of inclusive finance;The third part measures the development of inclusive finance in China.First,it statistically describes financial services indicators of all provinces in the past 11 years,measures the level of inclusive finance in China using the coefficient of variation method,and compare and analyze the development of inclusive finance in different regions and years.The fourth part is the research design and empirical results.Building inclusive financial decision model,to explore how the social economy,structure of bank industry and infrastructure and services affect the development of inclusive finance,and compare the differences between regional factors.The fifth part draws conclusions based on empirical results and proposes relevant policy recommendations.Several conclusions have been drawn through empirical research:First,the level of China's financial services has been greatly improved in recent years.Regardless of the scope of the country or the region,inclusive finance is gradually improving.Second,the level of China's inclusive financial is on the rise,but regional differences are significant.The eastern region is much higher than the central and western regions.Third,economic growth,urbanization,rural financial institutions,highway construction,and new mobile Internet channels have increased the inclusive financial index.Large commercial banks and foreign banks have suppressed the development of inclusive finance.From a regional perspective,the factors affecting inclusive finance vary widely.As far as the banking structure is concerned,the large-scale commercial banks and the inclusive financial index in the eastern part of China are significantly positive.The rural financial institutions and the inclusive financial index in the central region are significantly positive.
