Research On The Feasibility Of KD Fund To The Equity Investment Of PR Enterprise

In the context of the continuous development of China's economy,more and more small and medium-sized enterprises have increased demand for financing,and many investment funds have emerged.Venture investment has become the potential development mode under the current economic situation,especially for a new industry,which has been favored by many entrepreneurs.Since the strategic planning was put forward in 13 th Five-Year,the situation of protecting the ecological environment and the sustained economic development has come to a new height again.We should not only maintain the high speed development of the economy,but also promote the balance,inclusiveness and sustainability of the economic development.Therefore,the investment projects such as environmental pollution control have great opportunities,but also face great challenges.To effectively manage these types of venture investment projects,investment funds must do well in the evaluation and analysis of investment in venture capital,which is the key factor for the investment fund to achieve the development goals.The KD fund is a newly established investment fund company.It faces various risk factors in the process of investing,especially the risk investment for the new industry of environmental pollution control.It is more necessary to do a good job in investment assessment.Based on the perspective of KD fund,the article discusses the investment assessment and analysis of PR enterprises from four parts.The first part mainly completes the background of the current venture investment and the related research review.The second part mainly completes the evaluation theory used in the investment assessment and analysis,the third part is that the KD fund conducts due diligence in the venture investment assessment,and the fourth part is completed mainly.Through due diligence,KD fund analyzes and forecaststhe economic benefit and risk of the investment,and price earnings ratio valuation method for future investment income.In the feasibility analysis of the KD fund's equity investment in PR enterprises,the paper combines the related analysis of the investment of the pollution control technology testing and the service projects being carried out by the PR enterprises in the period of investment,and judges whether the expected earnings can be obtained in the investment period,thus the final evaluation of the feasibility of the investment scheme and the more accurate equity investment in the unlisted enterprises can be put forward.The evaluation method of capital can further improve the investment risk management ability of fund companies for unlisted companies.This feasibility study is also significant for enriching fund investment evaluation cases.
