Study On The Transformation And Development Of Tianjin Aoqun Animal Husbandry Limited

Fine breed of livestock and poultry is the foundation and key to the development of livestock and poultry industry.Although the local variety resources of Chinese livestock and poultry breed industry are abundant,the commercial and fine breed with high production performance are heavily dependent on foreign imports,and the development of the national livestock and poultry breed industry has received unprecedented attention.Cultivating and developing breed enterprises with strong ability of innovation and market competition and narrowing the gap with developed countries have become the primary task of building a powerful country for modern livestock and poultry.In recent years,it has been greatly supported by the national and local governments.A batch of various livestock and poultry breed enterprises are on the road of innovation and transformation and development.Tianjin AQ Animal Husbandry Co.,Ltd.is a typical representative of sheep breeding enterprises.This paper used the theories of enterprise strategy choice,enterprise transformation,etc,and analyzed AQ Animal Husbandry Co.,Ltd.,which is a representative company of livestock and poultry breeding industry,at the same time,it put forward four guarantee measures to ensure the development strategies and the implementation for the strategy.In this study,this paper first summarized the current research situation at home and abroad,then summed up the relevant theoretical knowledge of enterprise strategic management and enterprise transformation,and carried on studies on the basis of strategic transformation theory.Secondly,combining with the basic situation of AQ Animal Husbandry Co.,Ltd.,this paper analyzed the development resources and ability of AQ Animal Husbandry Co.,Ltd.form the internal condition of the company,through questionnaire analysis,practical observation,discussion and so on,to analyze the problems existing in AQ Animal Husbandry Co.,Ltd.Thirdly,by using the method of SWOT analysis,four strategies had been formulated for the development of AQ Animal Husbandry Co.,Ltd.,which were namely ‘the integration strategy of breeding,reproduction and pushing’,‘the strategy of merger and acquisition’,‘the strategy of quickening going out’,and ‘the marketing strategy of of Internet breed service industry’.Finally,the guarantee measures were put forward for the strategies of AQ Animal Husbandry Co.,Ltd from the aspects of enterprise management,human resources and so on of AQ Animal Husbandry Co.,Ltd.
