Changes in the organizational structure have made the flattened organizational model more and more important.Employees have more autonomy in the enterprise. The individual elements of the employees have a greater impact on the company. Therefore, the study of organizational behavior has paid more and more attention to the individual elements of employees and their mutual relations. In the work practice, employees will exhibit various emotional states.Compared with positive mood, negative moon occur more often at work and receive more research attention. On the other hand, with the development of performance research, simply completing tasks does not represent all performance.Performance includes both task performance and behavioral performance,ie,individual behavior. The employee's work behavior can be divided role behavior and extra role behavior. The former is the behavior that the employee must engage in,and the latter is the voluntary behavior of the employee.Compared to the role behavior, the extra role behavior can better reflect the subjective initiative of the employee,so more and more attention has been paid, and organizational citizenship behavior and counterproductive work behavior are exactly two representative extra role behavior.Based on this, this study explores the influence of negative mood on two opposite extra role behaviors, and this study follows the emotional-psychological-behavioral logic paradigm, introduces the employee's psychological factors, and discusses the role of self-control resource depletion's in the process of the negative mood impact the two behaviors. In addition, due to the different organizational environment of the employees, individual perceptions may also be different. As two common social supports, organizational support and coworker support will play a role in the process of negative mood affect employee psychology. Therefore, this study explores the regulatory effect of perceived organizational support and perceived coworker support in the process of negative mood affect self-control resource depletion. To achieve the above research objectives, this study uses self-control as a perspective, and uses Mood-congruency theory,Ego-depletion theory, and Social exchange theory to design a cross-level model that includes both within-individual and between-individual.There are daily significant fluctuations in the emotions, psychology, and behavior of employees, which constitute a dynamic process within-individual.Therefore,negative mood,self-control resource depletion, organizational citizenship behavior, and counterproductive work behavior are regarded as variables at the within-individual level. The work environment of each employee is relatively stable. The perceived support from the organization and coworker is also relatively stable, showing significant differences at the between-individual level, the internal stability at the within-individual level. Therefore, the research will provide a sense of perceived organizational support and perceived coworker support as variables at the between-individual level. In this study, diary research method was used to collect the data of 155 employees.Using HLM(hierarchical linear model),SPSS,and R software as tools, the research results show that negative mood negatively influence the organizational citizenship behavior and positively influence the counterproductive work behavior by positively affecting the self-control resource depletion;perceived organizational support negatively moderated the relationship between negative mood and self-control resource depletion, and perceived organizational support moderates the indirect effect of negative mood on organizational citizenship behavior and counterproductive work behavior through self-control resource depletion;but the regulating effect of perceived coworker support is not significant. From a theoretical point of view, this study can reveal the role of negative mood on organizational citizenship behaviors and counterproductive work behavior and the role of individual perception differences, thereby enriching related theories and making up for research deficiencies;from a practical point of view, this study can help organizations and managers recognize the negative effects of negative mood, the mechanism of action, and the mitigation factors,so as to strengthen the emotional management and improve job performance.
