Under the background of economic downdescending,the problem of "financing difficulty" of small and micro enterprises is becoming more and more serious.However,the existence and development of enterprises can not be separated from capital support.The emergence of P2P net loan platform relieves this problem.It is precisely because of the existence of "financing difficulties" that the net loan platform can develop rapidly in the past few years.Today,the number of P2P net loan platform has been considerable,according to the net loan home statistics,by the end of February 2018,the total number of net loan platform has reached 6054,and the normal operating platform has 1890,but the number of the problem platform has reached 4164.For China,P2P net loan is a new thing.China's first P2P net loan platform was officially born in 2007.In the following years,the net loan platform has not aroused people's attention and attention.It was not until 2010 that some innovating and entrepreneurs began to pay close attention to it.Then a large number of test makers emerged,thus promoting the development of net loan platform.Although in 2015,China proposed to rectify the Internet financial order,strengthen the relevant supervision,and promote its better and healthier development;but at present,the laws and regulations and regulatory policies in the field of P2P net loan are still imperfect.Through the study of Lu Jin's net loan platform,this paper analyzes and summarizes the successful experience of Lu Jin's service platform,and explores the problems existing in the development of the P2P loan platform in China,and then gives some suggestions to promote the steady development of the net loan platform.
