Work and family are two important life contents that accompany most of the life in modern society.When we acquire material,realize personal ideal and self-value,we also get psychological comfort and emotional satisfaction from our family.If the balance between work and family can be achieved,it will be the best.However,with the rapid development of information technology and knowledge update,it largely reduces the stability of work,leading to more and more workers facing uncertain task.In order to complete the uncertain task,Workers must work excessively by spending their limited time and energy,which breaks the balance of work and family in resource allocation,and reduces family performance,causing work-family conflicts.In view of this,with these new social changes as the breakthrough point,the paper shows effects of work-family conflict,clears the inner mechanism of action,and makes management strategy on the perspective of work-family conflict.In the overall perspective of job requirements-resource model theory,this study builds adjustable mediation model of uncertain task affecting work-family conflict,including the intermediary role in emotional exhaustion,adjustment of self-efficacy.Study used 241 effective questionnaire from shenzhen,shandong,Beijing,henan,anhui and hubei and other provinces and cities,The results found that task uncertainty affected the work-family conflict;Task uncertainty positively affects emotional exhaustion;Emotional exhaustion has a complete mediating effect between task uncertainty and work-family conflict;Self-efficacy has a negative regulatory role for the relationship between task uncertainty and emotional exhaustion,and self-efficacy has negative regulation effect through emotional exhaustion affecting indirect work-family conflict.This study discusses the task uncertainty's influence of work-family conflict.Possible innovation points mainly reflects in the following three aspects:(1)expand the work-family conflict of the antecedent research,extending the topic of work-family conflict to task uncertainty level,and examine the translation and task uncertainty measurement tools,which provide future related research some experience and basis;(2)analyze the psychological diffusion mechanism of task uncertainty on work-family conflict,and reveal the intermediary role that emotional exhaustion played in the work intrusion family;(3)discuss the management optimization strategy based on the local operation environment of China.
