In recent years,with the rapid development of world economic integration,regional economic integration is deepening,and exchanges and communication between countries are becoming more and more convenient and fast.At the same time,the Chinese government has been trying to seize the characteristics of opening up to the stage,actively promote the development of Chinese enterprises in overseas,repeatedly called for summarizes the successful experience of the practice and better go out and development of subjective initiative,active cultural fusion and innovation of enterprise business model,and support enterprises in the aspects such as research and development,production,sales,development of cross-cultural international business model.Should be of the most famous is " one belt one road " policy,perfectly embodies the government attempts to transnational economic strong determination,but also for many enterprises to increase the confidence of its sales overseas expansion.On this background,ND company where I'm working is actively responding to the national call to develop overseas business.But like many Chinese companies,there have been a variety of problems,cultural conflicts,backwardness in the form of its own organization,lack of supply chain and so on.In the face of such problems,we will need to re-examine the innovation of business model in the context of cross-cultural management.The paper out of the previous study under the background of cross-cultural management business model in only for sales management part of the study,more will use company actual data,to expand business model to include production mode,operation mode,management mode,profit model and so on company.Because in the modem business management,business model is no longer a simple way of marketing,but it is a company operating elements,simply studies one of the factors,there is no way to face the changeable market demand overseas.Articles can be started from the concept of business model,use SWOT analysis,a two-dimensional quadrant method such as tools,know ND company overview of existing business model,the market background and the facing problems,analysis of ND company innovation driving force of the factors and elements of business model innovation,and proposed own some views and ideas,and finally from the marketing mode innovation,technology research and development mode innovation,promotion mode innovation capacity,human resources mode innovation,profit model innovation five aspects put forward their own Suggestions.I also hope that through this article,the represented by ND company business model under the background of cross-cultural management of research to make a new interpretation of the ND future management and development of the company put forward some constructive opinions and Suggestions,at the same time,if can go to a little inspiration to other similar enterprise,I feel very flattered.
