| With the development of the Internet Financial wave,Internet Finance companies that springing up as bamboos,it is a huge impact for traditional financial business of banks,because of different kinds of Internet lending,financial management,payment and so on.Linhai Rural Commercial Bank is transformed into a rural commercial bank from rural credit cooperatives in 2012.Because the own business category and scope are narrower than other large commercial banks,what's more,the Internet Finance starts relatively slowly.With the complete opening of the rural financial market,the operating efficiency and development space have been squeezed.In this paper,Linhai Rural Commercial Bank was chosen as the case to explore the new strategy of the Internet Financial and provide the reference for other Rural commercial banks.This paper first summarizes the domestic Internet Finance status,gets the common pattern?Association and experience between internet enterprise and commercial banks developing Internet Finance;Secondly,it summarizes the current development of Linhai Rural Commercial Bank's Internet Finance,and analyzes the problems existing in the development,emphasizes the importance of the development of Internet Finance in Linhai Rural Commercial Bank.Furthermore,it puts forward the strategic goal and analyzes the five challenges faced by Linhai Rural Commercial Bank in sustainable developing Internet Finance.Finally,this paper puts forward the overall strategy of developing Internet Finance,Including three implementation steps in offline channel innovation?online parallel development?Integrated risk control,and three guarantee measures in organization and system?talent and financial resources?background support system.This paper provides guidance reference for rural commercial bank to deal with Internet Finance,makes the rural commercial bank to achieve Inclusive Finance and innovative profit growth point of the dual goals by Internet Finance. |
