The "ancient Silk Road" is a route connecting the east and west of Eurasia. From the beginning of the third century to today,it contains a prosperous period of the fifteenth century. He allows for cultural, economic, scientific and religious exchanges.Starting from Xi’an,China,it passes through Afghanistan,Central Asia,Iran,Azerbaijan Caucasus and Georgia, and north to Europe, connecting the Indian Ocean, the China Sea,the Caspian Sea,the Black Sea and the Mediterranean Sea,It is not composed of a single path, but consists of several interlaced branches. In the history of this road,Azerbaijan played an important role and played an important role in China’s modern initiative. The 25-year-long "balanced and pluralistic" pragmatic foreign policy of Azerbaijan has formed the basis of genuine independence, economic prosperity and political stability. These achievements can be sustained only through regional and multilateral cooperation. Many analysts stress the risks and shortcomings that have afflicted Azerbaijani geopolitical conditions, among which are regional powers, civilizations and cultural interests. However, the policy of Azerbaijan takes both threats into consideration and takes advantage of these policies to cooperate.Unlike other countries in the former Soviet Union,Azerbaijan is founded on the basis of advancedness, rationality and mutual benefit.Throughout the course, economic and political development is likely to mutually reinforce. The peoples who are part of these new ties will not only be content with the opportunities for broad trade:cooperation between them will also increase,as will the exchange of culture, education and innovation. The new silk road, restoring ancient networks and connections that brought prosperity to these territories, and creating new networks and connections, will strengthen cooperation and regional partnership along the borders. These newly reinforced relations will create great opportunities for the US,Asia and Europe in the areas of trade and business,as well as in other areas. The ancient Silk Road has clearly shown that with the help of certain transit routes it is possible to transport local products from one end of Eurasia to another with minimal additional transportation costs.Azerbaijan is becoming an increasingly important transit center, ensuring successful transportation and exchange of goods between China,Central Asia and Europe via the port of Alat. These are important steps for the New Silk Road in terms of regional importance. The new silk route of Azerbaijan as an alternative path by land creates a special opportunity for combining East-West and West-East routes,as well as a new North-South transport corridor that unites the products of East Asia and South Asia. For the most part, this became possible due to significant investments in the transport infrastructure of Azerbaijan.Azerbaijan invested in direct investments in the reconstruction of the Silk Road segment related to us,and, giving impetus to initiatives that promote regional cooperation, also provided political support to this project. While developments in this direction are developing very positively, once this project is completed,we will be able to benefit from significant movement of goods. At the same time,we are investing in the seaport. At present,we are building the largest in the Caspian region seaport, which will receive more than 25 million tons of cargo per year. Therefore,my thesis for obtaining a master’s degree,I devoted to the advantages and problems facing Azerbaijan and its cooperation with China in promoting the"Economic Silk Road" initiative, about the successes already made and about.the plans for the future.
