Economic turmoil,tight cash crunch,interest rate marketization,and financial disintermediation should become the main factors of slowing down the commercial banks profit,increasing the credit risk and the unstable status of those main financial intermediaries.The imbalanced situation between capital supply chains causes many enterprises facing unprecedented financial difficulties.Many enterprises are forced to transform the business model,in order to prevent the capital strand breaks.In geneial,cash management business is important in the overall management of funds,financial supply chain,and financial investment in an organization,and meet the needs of corporate fund management,makes it more visible,flexible in general,but also helping banks effectively maintaining the-customer relationship,abstracting low cost saving,and increasing the profit of financial intermediaries.Therefore,"Cash is king" is gradually became the central strategic approach of corporate funds management.It became the mainstream that many commercial banks are paying vital attention on cash management business in China,and have the plan on executing the strategic transformation,integrating of resources,optimizing of the structures,reshaping the brand image,ect.All of above,the phenomenon of competition between commercial banks in China becomes furious.This paper is developed based on the actual practice with the Construction Bank in F province,and utilizes the academic studies of development strategy of the cash management business of the Construction Bank of F Province.In order to provide a deep insights of the competition phenomenon,the whole concept is to firstly quote the basic theory of cash management,including the connotation,functions,service and the development history of cash management business and follows by analyzing the cases of domestic and foreign commercial banks' cash management business development,and summarizes the characteristics of interbank development strategy,to illustrating the current competition situation of cash management business.Secondly,the research method is to combined with the data of the cash management business development of the Construction Bank of F Province,this paper analyzes the present situation of the cash management business of the Construction Bank of China in market expansion,team building,brand promotion and product planning.Furthermore,problems,and the causes of these problems are analyzed.In the end,this paper analyzes the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of the cash management business of Construction Bank of F province by using the SWOT analysis,and puts forward the cash for the Construction Bank of F Province from the perspective of consolidating the business base and establishing the "customer-oriented"business system.Strengthen the quality management,the establishment of professional services team;to strengthen the breadth of publicity accuracy,and promote Yu Road brand radiation;to strengthen product development planning,to create leading-edge products and services to promote the development of products and services;It is hoped that it will promote the restructuring of China Construction Bank's business structure,enhancing its profitability and competitiveness,and providing some reference for the development of other commercial banks.
