Production logistics for manufacturing enterprises is to ensure the production of highly efficient operation of the most important,at this stage of China's manufacturing enterprises,the production logistics research attention is not enough,the practice part is weak.Production enterprises in the widespread existence of unreasonable problems of production logistics,production methods obsolete,the layout of the production plant is not reasonable,resulting in a large number of in-house product backlog,moving a long distance,handling a large quantity of problems.Need to analyze and solve these problems through effective analysis and optimization methods.In this paper,the production logistics of disc brake shop of G enterprise is taken as the object of study.The current situation of disc brake pad production logistics is simulated by Flexsim simulation method,and the problem of disc brake production logistics is studied by simulation output data.In this paper,the problems found in the simulation analysis are optimized step by step.First of all,a reasonable demand forecast to ensure that the production input is accurate,to minimize the forecast is not allowed to cause unnecessary production of products to reduce unnecessary production logistics activities.Second,according to the forecast results set the appropriate production cycle,to achieve production balance,to determine the transport tool for each link.Once again,the layout of the workshop to re-layout,combined with the actual situation of the workshop to optimize the layout of the program.Finally,the simulation results are compared and analyzed before and after optimization to verify the rationality of optimization.In this paper,simulation analysis method is used to optimize the production logistics in the workshop by using production balance and SLP method under the lean thinking as the optimization method.The research object of this paper is that the production of disc brake pads does not have the characteristics of full-line assembly line,which is a combination of mass production and machining production.Therefore,this study can provide a reference for the optimization of production logistics in this type of enterprises.
