Yunnan Province's Policy Research In Promoting The Development Of Border Trade In Wenshan Prefecture

Since the Sino-Vietnamese border trade relations return to normal in 1991,Wenshan border trade has been stable and healthy development,which has not only promoted the prosperity and development of the Sino-Vietnamese border region,but also has promoted the friendship between the border areas Contacts and the stability of the border society,and achieved remarkable economic,social and political benefits.Wenshan is the country since the founding of the country experienced the longest period of war,border trade development started the latest,the weakest infrastructure,the slowest development over the years mainly rely on national and provincial government introduced preferential policies,border trade has developed by leaps and bounds,Wenshan has become an indispensable part of foreign trade.However,due to several adjustments to the border trade policy,Wenshan border trade still has unreasonable import and export commodity structure,narrow field of cooperation,small size of enterprises and many other issues,restricting the development of border trade.To further accelerate the pace of development of economic and trade cooperation,the state and the provincial government should give full consideration to the advantages and characteristics of Wenshan border trade itself,in the tax,capital,import and export commodity quotas,fees and other aspects of the policy,to give further concessions and tilt,To promote Wenshan on the border trade between the greater glory.Based on the above background,this paper adopts the method of literature research and case analysis,combined with the actual case of Yunnan Prefecture of Wenshan Province,the development of border trade,border of local government in promoting its border trade in Yunnan Province,found the problem existed in the government policy intervention in the state of Wenshan border trade development,including the government the preferential policy of border trade activity,weakening of inhibitory national policy financial support is insufficient,border financial policy is not perfect,and put forward the utilization of the existing trade preferential policies,moderately enhanced preferential policies and the strengthening of national policy of financial support,to encourage high-tech products trade,improve the financial policy in border areas,improve service and management level area border financial suggestions.The paper is divided into seven chapters,the specific content structure is as follows:The first chapter is the introduction.which mainly expounds the background of the topic,the purpose and significance of the topic,the relevant research situation at home and abroad,the main research contents and methods,innovation and so on.The second chapter mainly defines the concept and theoretical basis,mainly for the border trade,border trade,spread the bank,government intervention,making clear the definition,and basic theories of this research review.The third chapter is the outline of frontier trade development of Yunnan Prefecture of Wenshan province.It mainly analyzes the location,resource advantages and current development of frontier trade in Wenshan Prefecture of Yunnan province.The fourth chapter is the influence of the development and policy of border trade policy in Yunnan province Wenshan changes on the development of border trade,is the main development of border trade policy in Yunnan Province,research and trade policy adjustment effects on the Wenshan frontier trade development.The fifth chapter is the main policy facing Wenshan border trade development,mainly is weakening,the preferential policy of facing Wenshan in the development of border trade policy and financial support,lack of border financial policy is not perfect policy issues discussed.The sixth chapter is the trade policy recommendations of Yunnan provincial government to promote the development of border trade in Wenshan,is mainly a combination of professional theory knowledge,aiming at the practical problems found in the previous chapter are put forward,some suggestions on policy adjustment.The seventh chapter is the conclusion,which mainly summarizes the research results of the full text,and points out the shortcomings in the research of this paper,meanwhile,it forecasts the future research work.
