It is vital for national economic development to improving innovation ability because of economic restructure and industrial upgrading.The state council's decision about cultivating and developing strategic emerging industries rapidly had been issued in 2010.In order to promote industrial economy developing and upgrading and to transform the mode of economic growth,it puts forward developing energy saving and environment protecting,high-end equipment manufacturing,biology,new materials and other three industries.Strategic emerging industry is supported by technology,and it pays great attention to promoting independent innovation capacity and cultivating kernel technology.As is known to all,innovation is the soul of the enterprise.Thus,human capital has become the core factor in the development of strategic emerging industries.In that way,what effect does human capital has on strategic emerging industries development?What effect does human capital has on strategic emerging industries enterprise innovation efficiency? What way can be chosen for strategic emerging industries to invest human capital?In order to solve these problems about human capital of strategic emerging industries,the thesis begins to research the effect about human capital on strategic emerging industries enterprise innovation efficiency.The thesis takes example of strategic emerging industries,takes some listed companies of strategic emerging industries as sample,aiming at the basic problem about human capital and enterprise innovation efficiency.And finally,we can put forward suggestions on improving strategic emerging industries enterprise innovation efficiency.Firstly,in order to understand the research area comprehensively,the thesis dredges and finishes related references from inland to outland,about human capital and economic development,human capital and enterprise development,human capital and enterprise innovation.Secondly,the thesis introduces some human capital related theories as the foundation of the thesis.Thirdly,the thesis analyzes situation of strategic emerging industries,including the current situation,existing problems and reasons of strategic emerging industries human capital.Then,it's about empirical analysis.The first step,the thesis builds enterprise innovation efficiency evaluation index.It selects 501 listed companies of strategic emerging industry,and finally lefts 481 listed companies because of some incomplete samples.And then,the thesis applies analytic hierarchy process to evaluate strategic emerging industry enterprise innovation efficiency.And we get a model about enterprise innovation efficiency evaluation system,which is composed of input efficiency,operating efficiency,profitability efficiency and output efficiency.The second step,The thesis comes up with hypothesis and selects variables,and divides human capital into researchful human capital and creative human capital(includes advanced,secondary and primary),makes them as explaining variables,while the enterprise innovation efficiency measured by analytic hierarchy process is used for explained variable.In order to avoid ignoring some important variables for enterprise innovation efficiency and make the empirical analysis more persuasive,the thesis introduces some other variables as control variables,including capital structure,enterprise scale and enterprise nature.After it,the thesis sets up a model about human capital and strategic emerging industries enterprise innovation efficiency.Then,the thesis begins to do variables descriptive statistics analysis,correlation test and multiple linear regression analysis.Finally,we get a linear relation about human capital and strategic emerging industries enterprise innovation efficiency.The results shows that advanced and secondary innovative human capital have a positive effect on strategic emerging industries enterprise innovation efficiency,though researchful human capital has a significantly positive influence on strategic emerging industries enterprise innovation efficiency only when researchful human capital does explaining variable individually or is with advanced innovative human capital.While researchful human capital and advanced innovative human capital,secondary innovative human capital do explaining variables commonly,the effect of researchful human capital on enterprise innovation efficiency is not significant.So the key to improving strategic emerging industries enterprise innovation efficiency is investing advanced and secondary innovative human capital,because the effect of researchful human capital is inferior to them.Besides,primary innovative human capital has a negative effect on strategic emerging industries enterprise innovation efficiency,which confirms the importance of investing high education.Finally,according to the results,the thesis gives several suggestions.The first one,researchful human capital has a significant positive influence on enterprise innovation efficiency of strategic emerging industries when researchful human capital does explaining variable individually or with advanced innovative human capital.While researchful human capital and advanced innovative human capital,secondary innovative human capital do explaining variables commonly,the effect of researchful human capital on enterprise innovation efficiency is not significant.Although input of researchful human capital can improve innovation efficiency,but the effect is inferior to advanced and secondary innovative human capital.The second,the results show that advanced and secondary innovative human capital can improve enterprise innovation efficiency significantly,while primary innovative human capital would reduce enterprise innovation efficiency significantly.So,enterprises should augment the scale of high level talents.The third,it's necessary for enterprises to improve capital composition,that's to say,the right financing ratio should remain in a range,neither too higher nor too lower.The forth,disparate scale economies should be practiced in disparate stages of strategic emerging industries enterprise,like that we should increase the scale of the enterprise in increasing return stage.The fifth,state-owned enterprises reform should be further improved.We should arise the enthusiasm of private enterprises,and make the development of private enterprises to keep economic stabilization for a long time.
