The Analysis Of Enshi Tobacco Farmers' Income Gap

The central government decided to build a comprehensive well-off society in 2020.With the construction of a comprehensive well-off society,the people's living standard has been greatly improved,but the gap between the East and the west is still outstanding.Especially for in the western regions predominately ethnic regions with a large number of residents living in rural areas,and the agricultural development in ethnic minority areas in traditional and backward stage,low productivity,agricultural economic value is not high,which in the minority farmers off the road hindered.In addition,there is a large income gap between farmers,this gap is not conducive to the construction of a comprehensive well-off society.Based on this background,this paper chooses the Enshi's tobacco farmers as the research object,income gap between farmers and its influencing factors,and according to the actual situation of Enshi tobacco farmers put forward some policy suggestions.Firstly,the existing research both at home and abroad are summarized,which can be divided into income gap,income structure and influence factors of increasing the income of farmers and the research,and summarized.Then the paper elaborated the content,namely Enshi,Enshi,basic situation of agriculture and farmers income problem research.Study on the method for field survey,through field investigation and research for this paper to provide first-hand data support.Secondly,this paper introduces the relevant concepts and theories,mainly including the statistical indicators of income gap,and the economic concept of income gap.Need to use the theoretical part is divided into three parts,the first part for urban-rural dual economic theory and its extension,covering the gap between urban and rural areas and the transfer of rural surplus labor problem;the second part is the theory of income distribution,choose the study of income distribution and income gap measure theory,as the core of this research provide theoretical support;the third part is stability of agriculture and increasing the income of farmers theory,for the tobacco growers to increase suggestions and provide a theoretical basis.Thirdly,through the actual data will agricultural basic situation of Enshi were reviewed and the Enshi Autonomous Prefecture of the income of the farmers and Hubei Province and the comparative analysis to find out the gap,and from a macro on agriculture in Enshi Prefecture,farmer status are summarized.Then,the paper discusses the importance of the tobacco industry in Enshi Prefecture Agricultural and economic development,so the choice of Enshi tobacco farmers as the research object of this paper.Then,from the field survey data selected 400 growers as the sample of this study,first from the aspects of Yannong age,gender,labor conditions and the degree of culture,introducing the samples basic situation.Then through statistical and econometric method of evaluation the sample farmers income gap and its influence factors,analysis of the sample farmers income gap and Enshi cities and counties of farmers income gap.Finally,according to the actual development of the conclusion of the previous research on Farmers' income and the factors that affect the income gap and agriculture in Enshi Prefecture proposed for policy recommendations to improve the reasonable and narrowing the income of farmers in Enshi Autonomous Prefecture,in Enshi Prefecture,the comprehensive construction of well-off society make a contribution.
