Study On The Risks In The Construction Of China-Pakistan Economic Corridor

Further development of economic globalization makes China and the world more and more closely linked.And around the "The Belt and Road",China entered the"home court diplomacy " era,and opened the edition 3.0 of Chinese diplomacy.In 2013,when Premier Li Keqiang visited Pakistan,he put forward the concept and initiative of the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor(the CPEC),so as to strengthen economic and trade cooperation in energy,infrastructure and other aspects of China and Pakistan.In the course of historical development,China and Pakistan have set a model of contemporary relations between countries.Chinese leaders visited Pakistan successively,and proposed the idea and initiative to build the CPEC,which also received positive response from Pakistan.Now,the CPEC has been integrated into the "The Belt and Road" construction.The CPEC,is the "Chinese dream" and "Pakistan dream" docking development,which has rich content and meaning.The CPEC covers the content of cooperation in infrastructure construction,energy,finance,information,culture and other fields.However,the construction of the CPEC is also facing some uncertain risks and challenges:including the influence of political development environment,the difference of economic support ability and investment environment,some third party interference and the threat of terrorism and separatism.What is more important is the misunderstanding caused by cultural differences between the two countries,we should analyse these risks and challenges comprehensivelv and try to bridge the differences in relevant interests.This requires us from the Na(?),social groups,people and many other actors to proceed,playing to their strengths,then contributing to the construction of the CPEC.Research on the construction of CPEC risks is to make us maintain a rational attitude that may arise during the construction of the corridor.This paper begins with the background,connotation and significance of The CPEC,and then focuses on the possible risk factors.we should know how to understand it and how to deal with it,so as to serve China’s national interests.
