China’s large population,relatively poor resources,and China’s traditional agricultural development model is "mass production,large consumption,a large number of abandoned"as the main feature,resulting in serious destruction of resources,the natural environment can not consume the waste generated in the development,the environment Quality in the step by step degradation,making the sustainable development of agriculture slow.If we continue to take the traditional road of agricultural development,is bound to lead to China’s agricultural development is slow,but also hindered our ranks into a modern country.This paper aims to systematically explain the theoretical basis and characteristics of agricultural circular economy,focus on the analysis of China’s circular economy as a model for the development of typical cases,and empirical analysis of the case,the main contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)The theoretical study of agricultural circular economy shows that agricultural recycling economy is a cycle that reduces the emissions of pollutants and wastes,the development of species diversity,the development of advanced technology and management optimization,and the diversification of industrial diversification System,cycle theory,including sustainable development theory,agricultural ecology theory,eco-environmental economics theory.Agricultural recycling economy is the consumption of agricultural materials used in the development process can be gradually reduced,the output of agricultural products can enter the cycle of agriculture in the production process of waste generated through the industrial chain to form a closed loop.(2)The typical case analysis of agricultural circular economy model shows that the pattern of circulating agriculture is not the same in different regions,and there are different modes of agricultural circulation suitable for local development.The "four in one"agricultural circulation model in the north,"Pig-marsh-fruit" agricultural circulation model,Zhejiang Qingtian "rice duck" model,Shandong Yantai "fish dish symbiosis" model,are specific to the characteristics of local conditions,according to different regions of the environment,resources,culture and other conditions The rational use of natural resources,the development model suitable for the local agricultural recycling model,while the diversity of agricultural recycling model.(3)Anhui Ji spring circular economy agricultural park feasibility analysis and the overall planning of the case of empirical,from the agricultural park functional partition will be linked to the various industries together,from the park within the cycle of the system analysis,the livestock area through the biogas digesters after fermentation The production of the "three marsh" reasonable and complete use of biogas digesters per month output residue residue 30250kg,200 acres of lotus root cultivation area and 100 acres of aquaculture area as nutrient use can be completely digested.Output biogas slurry 31650kg,for 480 acres of fruit roots of the fertilization,biogas for home lighting and agricultural production of energy,the park to form a coordinated development of the cycle of agricultural park.
