In the rapid economic development of our country,most companies are in a period of rapid growth and expansion.With the expansion of company size,financial risk goes hand in hand.Shrouded in high risk,many companies like a drafty building,a flurry of possible danger of capsizing.Therefore,in-depth study of a series of financial risks in China company,put forward a series of financial risk control measures,reduce the financial risk of the company,has important theoretical and practical significance to enhance the company's ability to resist risks.This thesis is based on Xi'an Catering Service Co.,Ltd,starting from the financial risks of the company,according to financial risk control theories,analyzing the company's existing financing risk,investment risk,cash recovery risk and profit distribution risk,and put forward practical measures to strengthen and improve the company's financial risk control.This thesis is divided into six parts:The first chapter introduces the background of the research,the research methods and the domestic and foreign research results of financial risk control.The second chapter elaborates the definition of financial risk,the causes of financial risk and the relevant theories of financial risk control.The third chapter analyzes all kinds of risk separately from the main parts of the business activities of the company's financial risk.The fourth chapter explores the causes of financial risks of Xi'an Catering Service Co.,Ltd.respectively from the external environment factors and internal environmental factors of two angles.The fifth chapter analyzes the current situation and problems of financial risk control in Xi'an Catering Service Co.,Ltd.The sixth chapter financial risk control countermeasures proposed to strengthen the financial risk control of the company,including the establishment of a scientific and comprehensive budget management system,strengthen budget management and fund management,strengthen financial control,strengthen the investment management system execution,the correct investment decision to improve company management risk consciousness and moral quality measures.
