Characteristics Of Agglomeration Of Producer Services In Kunming And Analysis Of Influencing Factors

The productive services has gradually become the tertiary industry economic development and attract employment important industry,and by all levels of government attention.The gathering of producer services has become a common phenomenon in urban development.It is of realistic and theoretical significance to study the agglomeration of producer service industry and to grasp its development law,which can enrich the theory of industrial agglomeration and provide reference for the government to formulate industrial development policy.Based on the study of the production service industry in Kunming,the paper analyzes the characteristics of the production service industry in Kunming from 2005 to 2014 based on the location entropy and the spatial Gini coefficient to analyzes the characteristics of agglomeration of producer service,and makes a dynamic comparative analysis.(Wuhua District,Panlong District.Guandu District.Xishan District)to the office of the street as a spatial unit,the use of GIS spatial analysis of spatial clustering characteristics of the analysis;the main gathering area of the productive services Industry agglomeration characteristics and influencing factors.The conclusions of the paper are as follows:Firstly,Kunming 2005-2014 producer service industry is the main force to attract employment in the tertiary industry,but the internal structure is quite different.The transportation industry is the leading industry of Kunming's productive service industry.In general,the development of producer services in Kunming is stable,but the overall level needs to be improved.Secondly,Kunming,2005-2014,the production of service industry in Yunnan Province,the characteristics of aggregation,and the spatial distribution of agglomeration distribution trend,from the county(city)area of space units,Kunming,the overall spatial clustering characteristics of the service industry The main gathering area is Kunming four districts(Wuhua District,Panlong District,Guandu District,Xishan District),the main gathering area of the transportation industry is the main gathering area is the core area of the central gathering area-sub-center gathering area-periphery area Guanwu District;Wuhua District is the main gathering area of five other types of industries in the field of productive services(information technology,finance,real estate,leasing and business services,scientific research and technical services).Thirdly,the spatial distribution pattern of the production service industry in the main agglomeration area of Kunming is different.The transportation industry is concentrated in the peripheral areas of the four districts of Kunming.The main gathering area is the Taihe Street Office in Guandu District;the other five categories of the productive service industry The spatial distribution of industrial space is the center-periphery pattern(information technology industry,finance industry,real estate industry,leasing and business service industry,scientific research and technical service industry).Wuhua District is the main gathering area.Fourthly,the important influencing factors of agglomeration of producer service in Kunming are the location conditions,market-driven and agglomeration benefits.Government policy is the favorable condition for industrial agglomeration.
