The China-ASEAN Free Trade Area is in line with the direction of the constantly cooperation in economic and political.Through eliminate tariff and non-tariff barriers and carry out a wide range of economic co-operation will greatly promote the bilateral trade between China and ASEAN,from which will create a win-win situation.By analyzing the trade creation effect and trade diversion effect during establishing the China-ASEAN Free Trade Area,and summarizing the bilateral trade situation between four representatives countries (Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand) in ASEAN and China, and concluding the China-ASEAN bilateral trade conditions from 2000 to 2009 after they reached a consensus to establish a free trade zone,to give my policy suggestion by countered the trade framework in China-ASEAN and the problems in it.
