In 2017,China Tourism Research Institute believes that "the Belt and Road" in the mutual benefit,Win-Win Cooperation, promote economic, cultural and other international cooperation level strategic planning, will bring better development for the future of China's tourism industry. With the growth of people's economic income, the development of quality of life and consumption concept, people gradually put the tourism consumption into the scope of life plan consumption, resulting in a sharp increase in the number of tourists. In 2016,the number of tourism released by the Tourism Bureau of Yunnan Province shows that the total number of tourist visitors to reach 431 million passengers,an increase of 31.0%over 2015 and the number of tourists increased significantly. However, too many tourists exceed the carrying capacity of scenic areas, not only will have a devastating impact on the scenic area of tourism resources, ecological environment, the quality of tourists experience and scenic facilities, but also become an important restricting factor of the sustainable development of tourism.National parks as a place for people to provide spiritual, scientific, educational, recreational and tourist opportunities are already internationally recognized as an effective place to balance resource conservation and recreational activities.Compared with foreign national parks,China's national parks are in the pilot construction stage,in the balance of resources protection and development and utilization, recreational use,the number of tourists, the sustainable use of resources is still in exploring, and it also facing the dilemma problem of recreational use and resource protection.Based on the improvement of VERP theory and the characteristics of Yunnan National Park, this paper studies the district management of Meili Snow Mountain National Park, and explores the management mode of effective protection of tourists'experience and scenic resources. In this paper, put Yubeng area of Meili Snow Mountain National Park as a case study, combined with the study area of resource characteristics and visitor experience to explore the appropriate for China's YunnanProvince, the national park zoning management model and post-monitoring management research. The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:This paper attempts to explore the management model of Meili Snow Mountain National Park,by studying the advanced VERP theory and the characteristics of Yunnan National Park to explore the management mode of visitor experience quality and scenic resource protection.Meili Snow Mountain National Park has no unified planning and management model, and can not clearly guide the management of what kind of management methods to achieve the correct management of resources and protection,so what kind of model to study the Meili Snow Mountain National Park visitors experience and resource protection is very important. This paper takes the Yubeng area of Meili Snow Mountain National Park as a research case point, and analyzes the resource characteristics and tourist experience in the study area to explore the regional management model and post-monitoring management of China National Park in Yunnan Province. The main conclusions and innovations of this paper are as follows:(1)Through the improvement of the foreign VERP zoning management framework,it is applied to the zoning management of the Meili Snow Mountain National Park, and construct a suitable zoning management model for the tourists'experience and resource protection of Yunnan National Park.Through the field investigation and data analysis of the study area, the paper completes seven aspects of the resources, including the resource classification, resource importance level, resource sensitivity, recreation space, tourist preference route, tourist activity type and visitor experience quality evaluation.(2)This paper integrates into the public participation(including community participation)in the Yubeng area division of the Meili Snow Mountain National Park, and runs through the whole research process. In the process of partitioning, the results of the four zoning of public participation are fully considered. After analyzing the current situation of resource analysis, tourist recreation activities and resource sensitivity, the author finally integrates the final zoning plan and collects nine(3)partitions:I Tibetan cultural body experience community,II Ride scenic area ? Mountain forest roaming hiking area,? High-intensity virgin forest mountain climbing area,V High-strength gravel climbing area,VI Religious holy experience hiking area,? Canyon along the footsteps,? Virgin forest adventure hiking area,IX Ordinary community.(4)In Yubeng area of Meili Snow Mountain National Park area partition management research process, this paper selects the effective practice and index method of foreign national park to solve the scenic resource protection and tourist experience quality problems of Yubeng area of Meili Snow Mountain National Park.In this paper,by analyzing the index method of foreign national park, and integrating the community characteristics into the Meili Snow Mountain National Park,to complete the maximum meeting acceptable number of visitors as the main social indicators in Yubeng area, and then base on the field investigation and principle of index selection to identify the resource index and community index in each management area, this paper accomplishes eighteen specific indicators of the research system.Through a large number of questionnaires, data query and photo simulation methods,to develop a specific standard for each indicator, and to establish a monitoring strategy and management actions.
