It is well known that many of the industrial enterprises of the industrial park,industrial park aims to economic development,its main function is to industrial developm,ent and economic development.According to incomplete statistics,by the end of 2014,the national owned industrial park has amounted to more than 2000,all over the country,including all kinds of national,provincial and municipal industrial park.With the rapid development of economic globalization and regional economic integration,the industrial economy has become China's regional economy and the important growth point of the global economy.This article from Kunming export processing zone in recent 10 years development present situation,this article through to the park present situation and the internal and external strategic environment analysis,to develop a feasible development strategy,thus to put forward the feasibility strategy for the development of Kunming export processing zone and implement strategic countermeasures required,also the park's transformation and upgrading of feasible Suggestions are put forward.This paper found that the problem,analyzing problem,the methods and steps to solve the problem,combined with the before and after the 1990 s theory of industrial park at home and abroad research achievements,the present situation of Kunming export processing zone and the main problem carried on the thorough analysis.And strategic analysis of the external environment,internal environment and SWOT analysis method to reset park development strategic goal,as well as countermeasures needed to achieve these goals,so as to ensure the smooth transition and upgrade of Kunming export processing zone.In this paper,the Kunming export processing zone development present situation and the existing problems in the deep research and analysis of internal and external environment of Kunming export processing zone is analyzed,using the SWOT analysis to Kunming export processing zone development strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and challenges,the future development of the export processing zone in Kunming new strategic goals and implementation measures are put forward.Scientific and reasonable development headquarters economic zone,the international community,bonded logistics park,international jewelry city,motor city,international wealth center plate and so on six big function,form industrial cluster as the main body of the industrial park.The author in this study by analyzing the present situation and internal and external environment of Kunming export processing zone,it is concluded that under the new economic environment,the need for transformation and upgrading,and to develop a new strategic target according to the results of the analysis and strategy implementation of effective measures.
