The market economy is based on the credit economy.As the "economic identity card,of enterprises and individuals,credit is playing an increasingly important role.The application of credit transactions is a growing preference in fiercely competitive industries such as paper,food,textile,medicine,machinery,etc.Credit evaluation is a new service for credit transaction activities,and it is an important measure to strengthen the credit construction.In recent years,the paper industry has dealt with overcapacity,a serious imbalance between supply and demand,market competition.Paper profits continue to decline,and this situation has become the norm accounts receivable.Industry customers often lose contact,and collapse of the news is heard,a sharp increase in the risk of receivables.As the main business of the paper trading business,Z is also facing a huge test of credit risk.This paper focuses on the "application" customer evaluation system in the enterprise credit risk management as the research subject.Through an in-depth understanding of industry characteristics and the actual situation of the enterprise,this paper works to support the divergent thinking,professional theory,and in-depth analysis of the cause of the problem.This paper also includes efforts to establish a credit evaluation model,and implementation,to solve the difficult problem facing the company's credit risk management.As the main member of Z company's customer evaluation system,the author takes part in the construction and application of the evaluation model.The customer evaluation system consists of three sub models,respectively,from the three dimensions of credit risk:performance integrity,transaction income customer quantity assessment,focusing on customer's repayment ability,and vwillingness to repay historical returns.The results show that the model has a certain degree of differentiation and prediction ability,and also has high reliability and validity.It is expected that through the design and application of the customer evaluation system,the credit risk of the credit business will be reduced and the accuracy of the decision can be improved,serving to better guide the salesperson screening customers and balancing the business risks and benefits.The goal is to enhance the level of risk control and management efficiency,while boosting the business scale.
