Abstract/Summary:
Since China has joined in WTO in 2001,the connection between China and world economy has become closer and closer.Both the import and the export volume have increased by a large margin,and China became the first export country in 2015.More and more Chinese firms are targeting on oversea market,as the domestic market is getting close to the market ceiling,these firms want to win in the competition by developing oversea market and building sales channel.F is a company focusing on developing,manufacturing,and selling VoIP CPE products,concentrate on oversea market by OEM/ODM foreign trade model in the very beginning.OEM/ODM model will limit the sales volume,stability of revenue and profit margin,and not helping on building brand and sales channel.North America is NO.1 VoIP CPE market,end-user relies on carrier and ITSP to purchase products,but carrier and ITSP relies on distributor to purchase products.So if F wants to promote our own brand and enlarge the market share,it has to build distribution system,change the situation that F only has foreign trade business.But F as a marketing follower,would not be successful just by copying other leading firms’ model,has optimize our marketing strategies.Starting from market segmentation,market targeting and market positioning,we are find out the market opportunity after knowing well about our strengths,weaknesses,marketing circumstances.Then we optimize and adjust our marketing strategies and put into effect,make strategy target at building F brand and enlarging the market share come true step by step.
