Discussion On The Problems And Optimization Strategies Of Land Index System In The Coastal Small Towns

The coastal area is most rapid economic development regional in China,land index system problems in coastal area has different characteristics with other regions,there are few studies of coastal land index system.In this paper,through literature review,data analysis and field survey,taking Xiapu County as a case,the following research is carried out around the land index system of small towns in coastal zone:The second chapter first defines the concept of the coastal zone and land index system,and then summarized the progress of integrated land management index system of land and coastal related literature and research,and finally a brief description of the external effect theory and the optimization theory of the allocation of resources is the basic theory of the rational use of land.The third chapter through the analysis of current land index system,expounds the control objectives and management mode of land index system,and point out there are three problems.The fourth chapter introduces the general situation of Xiapu County,and then analyzes the status of the coast of Xiapu county land use,and urban planning and land use planning conflict,summarize the characteristics of the coastal belt of Xiapu County town,found that the existing land index system brings many problems to the Xiapu County.The fifth chapter puts forward the optimization strategy of coastal land index system.The sixth chapter is the conclusion,which summarizes the main points and the main conclusions of this paper,analyzes the shortcomings of this paper,and makes a simple prospect for the following research.
