As the tertiary industry,the service industry occupies anincreasing proportion in the gross domestic product(GDP)of ourcountry,and the exhibition industry is an important part of theservice industry.It can promote the development of relatedindustries and improve the visibility of the exhibition cities.With therapid development of O2 O model,the exhibition industry needs touse the new technology to carry out service innovation.The purposeof this paper is to study the influencing factors of service innovationbased on O2 O model,as well as the innovation of service concept,service innovation,Service innovation performance relationshipbetween the model for the exhibition business service innovationactivities to provide a little reference.Based on the theory of innovation theory and serviceinnovation theory,this paper explores the relationship between theinfluencing factors of service innovation and the service innovationperformance from the perspective of O2 O model.Based on theanalysis and in-depth interviews with relevant scholars,therelationship between service innovation,service concept innovation,service delivery innovation and service innovation performance isassumed by the exhibition enterprises as the research object.Thispaper analyzes the data through the analysis of the reliability andvalidity,describes the statistical analysis,factor analysis,correlationanalysis and structural equation model.The first conclusion is thatthe service innovation of the exhibition enterprise based on the O2 Omodel is based on the employees,,The impact of service conceptinnovation and service delivery on the six influencing factors of service innovation in the exhibition enterprises has importantmediating effect,and the degree of differentiation of each factor isdifferent The Finally,this paper,combined with the actual situation ofexhibition enterprises,from the staff,customers,organizations,technology,strategic management and policies and regulations topromote the six exhibitions to serve the service innovation for theexhibition enterprises to provide practical advice,with a goodreference.
