A Design Of Performance Management For HX Bank Developers

With the continuous upgrading of IT,it plays an important role in the process of economic development.In the face of the wave of Internet financial,IT technology is very important for the financial industry.As a developer who possess computer technology,no doubts become the core talent of the bank.As a local commercial bank,HX bank is not only facing the competition of traditional banks,such as state-owned banks,national joint-stock banks,but also the impact of the emerging Internet financial companies.In this background,through the optimization of the performance management,to formulate a scientific and impartial evaluation system,to create a better development space and platform,is a feasible way to retain and reserve talents,to encourage talents to make greater progress,to improve the HX bank's competitiveness.Firstly,this paper summarizes the theory of performance management which lays the theoretical foundation of this paper.Then it describes the current status of the HX bank's performance management system,analyzes some existing problems of the performance management system,such as inconsistent targets,the unreasonable assessment method,incomplete index etc.In terms of current existing problems,this thesis proposes to set up developer technology series,to broaden the space of development for developers,to construct different index system based on different grades of technology,to put forward the improvement scheme for the feedback and application of assessment system.In addition,this thesis also describe the implementation main point of the new performance management system and related guarantees.This thesis combine theory with practical work,propose the establishment of the"double-tracked" development channels for developers,expand their promotion channels,at the same time,set up an optimized process of performance management system with regards to new technological series,and also with the support of organization?system security and information system,finally attract?motivate and retain developers.It also provides reference for other company's performance management system for developers.
