| Recent years,natural disasters outbreak everywhere in the world.The frequency and intensity of earthquakes,floods,hurricanes,tsunamis and other catastrophic risk are increased significantly.The loss caused by the catastrophic risk to the economy is immeasurable.Now,our country is in a critical period of economic development,the uncertainty of natural disasters will bring huge risk exposure.Traditional catastrophic risk management tools can't meet the needs of present study.Therefore,this paper summarizes the existing research results and discuss the mechanism of economic resilience and try to find a new idea of catastrophic risk management.This paper is based on the existing literature and theory,it is concluded the necessity of economic resilience research.By comparing the different resilience model abroad,we choice the best way to discuss the economic resilience of China and do empirical research on China's economic resilience.Economic stability,market efficiency,governance capacity,social development and information technology are important parts of economic resilience and we should pay attention on each aspects.To improve the economic stability is the priority of catastrophe risk management;The higher degree of information technology can accurately obtain disaster information and make relief measures.Enhance the degree of information can also strengthen the coordination of catastrophe risk management;The development of the insurance industry makes the contribution to economic life;Improving market efficiency is also the way out of the catastrophe risk management.The improvement of people's livelihood means that the awareness of self help of residents can be enhanced,which can greatly save the cost of catastrophe risk management.The study found that the research on economic resilience has certain guidance on the formulation of anti disaster policy in our country,and has rich reference value for the construction of the new system of catastrophe risk management. |
