Financial Support For The Development Of Circular Economy

Because the industry of steel and energy is relatively developed,Shandong consumes a lot of resources every year,and produces a large amount of waste.Developing circular economy is the demand of reality to change the traditional economic model,realize industrial enterprise efficiency,save energy and reduce consumption.As an important guarantee for the economic development,the financial sector plays a crucial role in promoting environmental protection,the mode of development transformation,and providing sufficient funds for the development of recycling economy security.Especially,the development of circular economy often involves technology upgrading,research input,construction,etc.,and requires a lot of financial support.Researching how does the financial support the development of circular economy,according to the characteristics of circular economy,has important practical significance.The thesis first describes the background and research significance,present the framework and main points.Then,the relevant literature at home and abroad is combed with the method of theoretical analysis.It defines the concepts,reviews the existing literatures both at home and abroad.The third part summarizes the typical model of foreign recycle economy and the financial supporting experience.It is mainly analyzed the circulation consumption patterns represented by the United States,the dual recovery system mode represented by Germany,the legislation pattern represented by Japanese,the zero carbon economy mode represented by Danish.The experiences of financial supporting in the development of circular economy is also analyzed.The fourth part analyzes the present conditions and the existing problems of circular economy in our country.Based on the field investigation of enterprises of circular economy in shandong province,this section analyzes the three models of circular economy development in our country:the government push model,the government pushing + market operationing model,and the market operationing model at first.Second,it analyzes the mechanism of financial supporting of circular economy development.The fifth part analyzes the problems,including of the role of the financial system,financial tool innovation,and financial market system construction in the development of circular economy.The sixth part suggests the financial support policy on the development of circular economy.In the light of the different mode of circular economy development and financial demand characteristic,it puts forward the financial support policy system to the development of circular economy systematically,from the macro,meso and micro perspective.Finally,the main points of the thesis are summarized,the main research directions of China’s financial support for the development of circular economy in the future are discussed.
