Today,with the rapid development of informatization and digitization,along with the rapid expansion of fast fashion in domestic,more and more clothing brands and enterprises are realizing that how to provide the consumers with the product of their requirements at the lowest prices in the shortest time is the competition advantage of brand and enterprise.PLM solution,centering in products and striving to shorten the time of product development and save cost of the product,can just meet the demands of clothing brands and enterprises based on fast fashion.However,the research on PLM solution to the key business drivers of clothing brands and enterprises based on fast fashion is still imperfection,in particular,the application of PLM in the domestic clothing enterprises is of little knowledge.First of all,this study is based on enterprise practice project.On the basis of literature study of fast fashion and the application status and development trend of PLM in the clothing brands and enterprises,the study summed up the key business drivers of clothing brands and enterprises based on fast fashion through analyzing the case of fast fashion brand and expert interview,namely,development time,product quality,production cost and brand DNA.Secondly,on the basis of overall analysis and comparison of PLM vendors in clothing industry,as well as considering the limitations of enterprise trade secrets and the practice experience in Lectra,the study selects Lectra Fashion PLM which is specialized for Fashion industry as a representative.Analyze and study the practical application of PLM from the both aspects of PLM as a software and PLM as a eoordinative management solution.As a software,it mainly manages the process of product development,while as a eoordinate solution,it mainly coordinates with Kaledo and Modaris software.Again,it mainly tells the creation of fast fashion brand "Chu Jian" based on the requirements of enterprise's project,defining and analyzing the key business drivers of the brand,namely,building and maintaining brand DNA,fast fashion and cost control.After analyzing the product development process,the thesis sums up the characteristics of the brand and application requirements of PLM along with it.Finally,based on the research of Lectra Fashion PLM in above,combining with "Chu Jian"brand's requirements,the thesis puts forward a PLM solution in view of the demand of "Chu Jian"brand and resolves the solution process.The PLM solution is of two aspects,one is of a software itself and the other as a management tool.Through the application of PLM solution for "Chu Jian" brand's key business drivers,the thesis hopes to provide some reference value for PLM applications in the domestic clothing brands and enterprises.
