Research On The Development Problem And Countermeasures Of Rural Microcredit In Heilongjiang Province

Microcredit is considered to be a way to help people to alleviating poverty.Heilongjiang province is China’s agricultural,establishing and perfecting a modern rural finance system,vigorously promote the key step in the rural financial system reform is to further strengthen the rural financial system of the main function of microfinance.The development of microfinance effectively alleviates the farmers and small enterprises’demand for funds in order to expand production scale in Heilongjiang Province.However,due to its vast territory,large population,the demand funds in Heilongjiang Province is large and scattered.The demand for microfinance is increasing.In recent years,the country actively explore the formation of Heilongjiang Agricultural Credit Guarantee Corporation,rural credit cooperatives,Agricultural Bank,Harbin Bank,Agricultural Development Bank and other financial institutions,active in providing financial services in rural areas.With the constant improvement of the rural microfinance system and changing of the farmers’ concept,the demand for rural microfinance is strong.Rural microfinance provide financial requirements for farmers to develop production,expanding production scale,provides financial support.As an emerging financial organization,Rural Microfinance is different from regular commercial banks.Rural microfinance provides of financial services to low-income and poverty levels simultaneously.This paper firstly introduces the basic concept of moicofinance business and rural financial development of moicofinance business on the basis of understanding the background of social reality,and it reviews the related literature both at home and abroad.This research also compares the classic models of the development of international microcredit business,and discusses the experience of enlightenment for the development of microcredit of Heilongjiang province.Finally,on the basis of the above analysis,this paper combined with the actual situation of Heilongjiang province,puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on how to promote the healthy development of microcredit business in Heilongjiang province.
