Research On Technological Innovation Capability Evaluation System Of Fujian Tourism Industry

Tourism industry in China has experienced a steady and fast development ever since the Reform and Opening-up and developed into a world tourism destination.Fujian province is bestowed with abundant tourist resources.With the geographical advantage,in recent years,communication across the strait has become more closer than ever,and together with cross-strait tourist cooperation and high-end tourist services,tourist economy improves a great deal.However,tourism industry in Fujian is confronted with issues of low profit rate and low GDP percentage,which leaves the development in predicaments.These issue calls for transition of developing mode and increasing mode of Fujian tourism industry so as to achieve a healthy development of tourism industry and a steady improvement of overall competency.Technological innovation ensures improving of overall competency in tourism industry,deepening technological system transformation and accelerating technological innovation of tourism industry.Special attention is paid to construct a market-oriented technological innovation system,with enterprises as its top priority.Based on current status and issues of tourism industry development in Fujian province,through constructing evaluation system of technological innovation capability of tourism industry,this paper aims to make a overall evaluation technological innovation capability in Fujian province,propose alternative route and system for technological innovation in Fujian's tourism industry and strategies for better development.Starting from technological point of view,this research seeks to construct evaluation system of technological innovation capability of tourism industry and improve relevant research in tourist technology in order to set the foundation for future strategies of tourist technology research in Fujian.In the hope of scientific evaluation of technological innovation capability of tourism industry in Fujian,this paper advances references for technological innovation policies,seeking to do good to integration of technological development and tourism industry,to optimizing tourism industrial structures,improving its developing efficiency and core competency.This paper consists of seven sections.Applying the methodology of expert questionnaires,it employs entropy method to construct evaluation system of technological innovation capability of tourism industry and assign values to various indexes.Taking expert questionnaires and current developing stage of Fujian tourism industry,it tries to make an overall evaluation of technological innovation capability of tourism industry,and the result is 0.454,which indicates that there is still much to do in technological innovation in this cause.This is resulted from low percentage of innovate talented persons,inadequate training,low automation rate and low new-tech coverage.Regarding this,several suggestions are proposed to improve technological development of tourism industry.First of all,strengthen indemnification function of local government,to make a better social development for technological innovation,which mainly includes accelerating innovation of tourist industrial system,constructing a better team,implementing supportive policies,consummating infrastructure etc..The second one is to consummate produce-study-research system,as firm insurance of technological innovation,which is made up of strengthening tourism industry's central part in the system,consummating financing system,ensuring more funding and giving impetus to the whole process.Last but not least,optimize market system of tourism and combine industrial chain with technological innovation.This part consists of stressing functions of market system,encouraging technological innovation and improving the cooperation between technological development and industrial chain.The originality of this paper comes from relatively few research on technological innovation of tourism industry in academia,and this research mainly focuses on innovation of market mode,service and management.Starting from this innovative point of view,taking theories of technological economy and tourism industry into consideration,applying the method of entropy and fuzzy overall evaluation to reach an overall evaluation of evaluation system of technological innovation capability of tourism industry in Fujian province,in order to reflect current innovative status and issues in the tourism industry more objectively and more precisely.
