This article focuses on the improvement of marketing channel management of W Pharmaceutical Group in Shenzhen with systematic theory and application research,by devising the methods of both the qualitative and quantitative analysis,based on the theory of the marketing channel,as well as the characteristics of marketing channels in pharmaceutical industry.First of all,this article has analyzed research status of pharmaceutical industry marketing channel management from Chinese and foreign scholars.On this basis,the concept of consumer marketing channel management has been defined according to the theory of consumer goods marketing channel mode,the development status and major issues.In addition,the marketing status of the pharmaceutical industry has been discussed based on the qualitative analysis.Besides,macroeconomic impact factors of the Chinese pharmaceutical industry marketing channels,for instance,China pharmaceutical model,the evolution of medicine marketing channel mode and the pharmaceutical industry marketing channel status and problems,has been made further research with correlation analysis,environmental analysis methods,comparative analysis and so on.Afterwards,the micro-influencing factors of the marketing channels of W Pharmaceutical Group in Shenzhen,such as operating status,organizational structure,channel construction,development environment,and other factors,were carefully studied.And the existing problems and causes of marketing channels are analyzed.Finally,with reference to the above analysis,this article,taking W Pharmaceutical Group in Shenzhen as a case,has carried out strategy research on the pharmaceutical industry marketing channel management model,the problems that need attention and the improvement of the level of marketing team.
