The small and micro enterprises(SMEs)play an important role in the socialist market economy,which have the characters of large quantities,distribution,various types,and strong vitality.When it comes to adjusting andperfecting the industrial structure,increasing jobs and promoting the urbanization,the SMEs play an essential role and make a great contribution to the economy and society.However,it also confronts a series of financing problems for a long time,such as bank financing which has become the essential factor to limit sustainable development of SMEs.With the government encourages and supports the development of Small and micro businesses,and the commercial bank loans to large and medium-sized enterprise market is close to saturation,the traditional banking business profit margins are narrowing and the competition between banks increasingly intense,how to grasp the opportunities is the most serious problem,the financial sector gradually began to pay attention to SMEs.Many commercial Banks have begun to attach importance to the development of small micro businesses and innovative financial products to find new sources of growth,the problem of micro enterprises'loan will be solved.This paper take Xiamen branch of PSBC as the research object,systematically discusses the constitution of loan product of SMEs,and chose the Micro-credit products as case study,summarizes the development process of its loan product,the successful experience of product development and existing problems,then puts forward the suggestions of the products development of SMEs' loan product,the suggestions mainly includes:straightening out the postal savings bank loan product development management system;optimizing the development procedure of small micro enterprise loan products;establishing loan product innovation incentive and restraint mechanisms;correctly handling the good risk benefit and service relations;promoting network technology and the financial service integration product development;extending wide small micro enterprise loan products marketing channels;strengthening the market position of small micro enterprise loan products.
