Research On WeChat Group Health Communication

In recent years,the change of media forms has brought about the subversive change of health communication.New media has broken the monopoly of traditional media on health communication,and people have gradually become the norm to obtain health information by using new media.The family members of children with aplastic anemia spontaneously set up wechat patient groups,which work together to push through the old and bring forth the new.The traditional single line and down-line way is transformed into online and offline joint efforts,and wechat groups are used to continuously improve health communication.As the main arena of communication,wechat group has achieved good results in health communication.In this paper,we take "smile ahead" of aplastic anemia patients as the research object,and study the advantages,communication effects,problems and solutions of wechat group health communication,so as to provide reference for promoting the health communication of wechat platform.This paper mainly includes three parts: introduction,text and conclusion.The introduction part introduces the origin and significance of this study,research objects,research status and research methods,and combs the relevant literature.The first chapter introduces the advantages of wechat group health communication.The credibility of the information source is high,and the trust of the group members to the information is doubled;the "return" of information is fully decoded and interpreted,and the group members' interpretation of the information is comprehensive and profound;the emotional exchange produces empathy,and the group members' survival confidence is improved,and the group support is enhanced;the communication field is changed from offline to online,and the convenient communication of information reconstructs the mutual aid environment among the patients.In the second chapter,we find that wechat group health communication has a good effect by interviewing group members.The group members' health cognition level is improved to the improvement of health concept,and their health behaviors are further adjusted.The third chapter finds out the problems of wechat group health communication.Health rumors affect the communication environment in the group.The spread of commercial information makes group members anxious about information.The avoidance of health information of group members weakens the communication to a certain extent.The fourth chapter puts forward some suggestions for the problems in communication.Although there are some problems in the healthy communication of wechat group,it still has some reference significance.Using wechat group to spread health information is not exclusive for patients and their families.Ordinary people also need reliable information and convenient information dissemination channels.In thissense,the use of wechat group to disseminate health information should be combined with various forces to help standardize information dissemination,establish some wechat groups to meet the growing needs of people's health information;group improvement management methods guide members to accept information rationally,and members themselves should also enhance their identification ability and improve their health literacy.The last part of the paper is the conclusion.The conclusion is that wechat group health communication plays an important role in new media health communication.Although it has achieved some results,there are still problems.To this extent,wechat group communication has a long way to go and needs further adjustment and improvement.
