The design of observer is an important fundamental subject.The state observer is of great significance to the research and solution of complex synthesis problems in nonlinear control systems.The system state variables of the actual system can not be directly measured,so it is difficult to realize the state feedback of the system.The state observer solves this problem.By constructing the observer system to replace the real state of the original system,the state observer that meets the requirements is designed.The research contents and emphases of this thesis are as follows:1.The H_? observer design for uncertain one-sided Lipschitz nonlinear systems with time-varying delay is investigated.For uncertain one-sided Lipschitz nonlinear systems with time-varying delay,considering the one-sided Lipschitz condition and the quadratic inner-bounded requirement,employing the Wirtinger inequality and a set of relaxed integral inequalities,the H_? observer for general one-sided Lipschitz nonlinear systems with time-varying delay is designed firstly.Then,the results are extended to the one-sided Lipschitz systems with norm-bounded uncertainties.Consequently,the design of an H_? observer for the uncertain one-sided Lipschitz nonlinear systems with time-varying delay is presented.2.The H_? observer design for one-sided Lipschitz neutral type Lur'e systems with time-varying delay is studied.Based on observer design method and actual application in the previous section,by constructing an appropriate Lyapunov functional,considering the quadratic inner-bounded requirement and the one-sided Lipschitz condition on the basis of satisfying the sector condition and the slope limitation inherent in the Lur'e systems,using the Wirtinger inequality and the relaxed inequality,the H_? observer for one-sided Lipschitz neutral Lur'e systems with time-varying delay is designed.
