Research On Service Design Of Qingdao Qingshan Fishing Village Eco-Museum

Qingshan Fishing Village,located in the southeastern coast of Laoshan District,Qingdao,is a tourist community featured by fishing village culture and reputed as "Museum of fishing Village Folk Customs".With the promotion of cultural and tourism departments,people are more eager to experience the life culture and feel the beauty of tradition in the original traditional villages.However,the modern design content of Qingshan Fishing Village is not mature at present,and the backward offline navigation system and online design system both make tourists come back disappointed.To solve the problem of online and offline design of castle peak fishing village broken chain problem,this topic will be from the perspective of service design to explore the main group in Qingdao castle peak fishing village tourism service demand,under the guidance of the concept of ecological museum,the premise of adhering to the objects without destroying the original ecological environment and integration of online and offline for castle peak fishing village tourism services,design a more reasonable way of user experience,integrated optimization of users'satisfaction.Firstly,the innovative research basis of this subject is determined by studying the concepts related to ecological museum and the theories related to service design.Secondly,from the history,folk customs,residents' life and other aspects of Qingdao Qingshan fishing village in-depth study of the current development status of the fishing village;After that,the design status and problems of the fishing village were analyzed by using the methods and tools of service design,and the feasibility of building the local ecological museum was proposed and verified.Based on the analysis results,relevant design strategies were proposed to clarify the design focus of this subject.Finally,the design and practice of the online tourism APP and offline guidance system of Qingdao Qingshan Fishing Village Ecological Museum are carried out,and the distinctive fishing village culture such as large-scale sea sacrifice ceremony,traditional handicraft and regional ocean legend can be presented to tourists through the above forms,so that the local fishing village culture can be vividly displayed.
