Research And Implementation Of APP Software Internal And External Quality Model Establishment And Measurement Methods

With the popularity of 4G networks and the gradual rise of 5G networks,people use apps more frequently than traditional desktop software.Apps have won the favor of users because of its convenient operation,diverse usage scenarios,and rich functions.Frequently,there are functional failures,memory leaks,application cannot respond,malicious bundles,and other app software quality issues.However,these problems are unknown before users download these apps,which bring huge losses to users.So it is very important for stakeholders of app software to ensure the quality of app software.Scholars at home and abroad have conducted research on app software quality in response to these problems.The corresponding models are put forward.However,some models were proposed only including quality charactristic and sub-charactics,and their metrics are not mentioned.Some models were put forward from a certain perspective or only focused on the quality of a particular type of app software,which is not universal.The quality of app software is formed in stages.But the existing researches have not mention the relevance between the internal quality and the external quality.The dissertation established internal and external quality models of app software to evaluate the quality of app software.The main work of this dissertation is as follows:(1)Based on the analysis of the development process and product characteristics of app software,the internal quality characteristics and sub-characteristics of app software are determined and defined.In order to measure the internal quality of app software,one or more metrics are used to measure each internal quality subcharacteristic.(2)The external quality model of the app software and its metrics are established which are aimed at the characteristics of app software.The relationship between internal and external quality of app software is analyzed from the perspective of quality measurement,quality characteristics and their sub-characteristics.(3)The internal and external quality model metrics of app software proposed in this dissertation are applied.And the weight of each characteristic is determined by the entropy weight method and AHP.According to the weight,the importance of quality characteristics to app software is sorted.The validity and feasibility of this model proposed in this dissertation are proved by experiments.The grey relational analysis is used to calculate the degree of the relationship between internal quality and external quality of app software.
