With the development of photoelectric technology.CCD have been widely used in the field of photoelectric imaging and dection.due to it's small size,low cost and light weight.Compared with CMOS image sensor.CCD has great advantages in sensitivity.noise control,resolution and other aspects.The impro,vement of smemiconductor integration technology has provided technical support for national defense consteruction and how to acquire photoelectric information faster and better in scientific research.For the better devoment of space debris detection and target recogotion.it is necessary to study CCD and it's drift scanning technology.At present.with the increasing requirements for astronomical observation.the CCD cumulative exposure observation mode under the traditional mode cannot fully meet the requirements.The imaging accuracy is not enough.and it is also impossible to observe multiple targets at the same time.At this time.the CCD drift scanning mode can be used to solve the problem.The work content of this paper is as follows:1.Introduce the development status of CCD and drift scanning,its working principle and related technology are introduced.This paper introduces the structure and classification of CCD.expounds the principle of CCD drift scanning technology.classifies the linear array and plane array of CCD from the structurs and functions,compare the CCD drift scanning mode and staring mode.explaining the CCD drift scanning imaging technology.2.Under the CCD drift scanning imaging technique scheme.the timing circuit board of FPGA is designed.The main function of board is to output the timing signal of CCD in the FPGA as the main core.The contnt includes the selection of the FPGA,the power module of the board,the surrounding circuit and the output signal.3.Design the driving time sequence of CCD47-20 for each signal.through the chip manual.vies the schematic diagram to explain the sequence and principle,list the key languages of each transmission part.4.After debugging the FPGA timing sequence board the simulating the written timing sequence with ISE software.the connected circuit will fire the written program into the FPGA circuit board through JTAG.observing whether the waveform is displayed on the oscilloscope.waveform.After the error is corrected,the required FPGA timing board is adding to the whole system to do experiments to verify the advantages of CCD drift scanning imaging technology compared with staring mode.5.The experimental results show that by comparing the static and moving images of the target in CCD drift scanning mode and staring mode.it is found that the image in the direction of signal to noise ratio and energy concentration is better and the error is smaller than staring mode.
