Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation(TMS)is a painless,non-invasive green method for the treatment of neurological and psychiatric disorders.Clinical medical studies have shown that there are still unsafe factors in the process of TMS.At present,the assessment of the magnetic field generated by the TMS stimulation coil is still based on the simulation of a spherical model or a real human brain model,or a complex clinical experiment.The first method is limited to non-reality,and the second method is limited to insecurity.Therefore,this thesis designs a three-dimensional(3-D)magnetic field sensor array structure to replace the human brain for TMS prediction.Aiming at the proposed 3-D magnetic field sensor array structure,this dissertation designs and implements a 3-D magnetic field sensor and a 3-D magnetic field sensor calibration platform.Firstly,the structural design and theoretical analysis of the proposed 3-D calibration platform and 3-D magnetic field sensor are carried out.Secondly,the experiments were designed to calibrate the coefficients of the sensor the coefficients of the 3-D calibration platform and the coefficients of the 3-D magnetic field sensor,and calibration results are processed and error analysis.Then,the performance of the 3-D magnetic field sensor is analyzed,and sensor performance test experiment is designed.Finally,test experiment of the function of the array structure consisting of 88 sensors was designed.The experimental results show that the average relative error between the four measured value and the theoretical value of the 3-D magnetic field sensor is 0.99%.Three measurements were made at within half a year,and the relative error between the two measurements and the first measurement was below 0.5%.At the same time,the 3-D magnetic field sensor array can accurately measure the magnetic field distribution,and the average relative error between the measurement result and the finite element analysis result is 1%.Therefore,when the 3-D magnetic sensor array designed in this dissertation replace the human brain for the TMS pre-testing,the distribution of the magnetic flux density generated by the stimulation coil can be visually displayed.This provides a practical new way to improve the security of TMS.
