Wireless Sensor Networks is a distributed sensor networks.It is a self-organizing network composed of a large number of energy-constrained,low-cost and low-power sensor nodes through wireless communication.Due to the rapid development of embedded computer technology,communication technology,MEMS,etc.,it has been applied in many fields,but there are still many problems to be solved in the WSN,such as location accuracy and node location security.However,the existing wireless sensor networks node location methods are not highly reliable,and most of them are assumed to be conducted without attacks from outside the network.In addition,the mobility of nodes also brings more uncertain factors to the research.In the actual application environment,nodes in the network are more vulnerable to attacks.Under these circumstances,the positioning accuracy of the whole network will be seriously affected.This paper combines the positioning method,localization security and other aspects to analyze the WSN localization technology.The main work is as follows.(1)An indoor three-dimensional spatial localization technique based on hybrid GA-PSO-BP algorithm is proposed to improve the convergence speed,estimation accuracy and interference of environmental factors in the BP neural network model.The BP neural network prediction performance is improved by optimizing parameters such as the number of hidden layer neurons,learning rate and error target of BP neural network.In addition,the coordinates of the designated beacon node are used together with the RSSI value as input to the BP neural network.And the first step is to determine the floor where the mobile node is located to further improve the node coordinate prediction accuracy.(2)A location-based security location technology based on Sybil attack is proposed.For the Sybil attack scenario that may exist in the WSN node location process,based on the above positioning algorithm,the legality of the beacon node is verified by using symmetric encryption technology,digital signature and beacon node position verification.The experimental results show that the algorithm can effectively resist Sybil attack to a certain extent,reduce its adverse effect on positioning accuracy,and obtain better positioning effect.
