As a satellite positioning in addition to the auxiliary positioning indoor positioning provides a huge value of business services for the Internet of Things.Indoor positioning technology plays an important role in all walks of life,such as asset optimization management,personnel indoor navigation,fire rescue,future family service robot intelligent navigation and other fields.In view of the accuracy requirements of different levels on the indoor,indoor positioning technology has developed very fast in recent years.In order to further improve the commercial value of indoor positioning technology,it is an effective way to improve the principle of indoor positioning and the corresponding positioning algorithm.So how to improve the positioning technology of indoor positioning technology has become a research hotspot about indoor positioning technology.This thesis mainly studies the RSSI indoor positioning technology,uses the background of large and medium engine room as the actual application and analyzes the classical indoor positioning principle and related algorithms at home and abroad.Firstly,this thesis introduces the principle of RSSI indoor positioning,analyzes the various indoor positioning algorithms based on RSSI ranging and non-ranging location mechanism.Secondly,it considered the actual environment in the room and proposes two improved localization mechanism respectively.The main contents of this thesis are as follows:(1)Firstly,this thesis introduces the relevant indoor positioning principle and related algorithms at home and abroad,and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of each indoor positioning technology.It used of large and medium-sized room for the use of the background and focused on the RSSI indoor positioning technology which include classical algorithms and systems based on RSSI ranging and non-ranging positioning,influencing factors of RSSI indoor positioning accuracy and how to improve their positioning accuracy.(2)As the localization algorithm accuracy based on RSSI ranging of indoor positioning is low due to the obstructions indoor.This thesis propose combining new localization algorithm based on distance ranging and non-ranging.Based on the results in the use of the original based on RSSI ranging positioning algorithm,it corrected the distance vector from signal readers to signal source which was calculated by original location algorithm and by importing the characteristic information on the interference of the room internal barriers to the signal propagation and took it as reference.Considering the relationship between the obstacle and the position of the label,it also corrected the positioning result by improving weighted centroid location algorithm based on potential obstacles iterations.The accuracy on the positioning of the method increased by fifty percent compared to the method of scheduled,which not consider the influences of the information of obstacles.(3)Aiming at the problem of high accuracy of fingerprint positioning instability based on RSSI non-ranging fingerprint localization algorithm,a localization algorithm based on region vector matching and weighted centroid algorithm is proposed.The algorithm firstly divides the locating site by the cube topological structure and collects the fingerprint data.The fingerprint information is partitioned by vector field and reduced the impact of obstruction or signal source topology on positioning accuracy.The results of experiment show that the proposed algorithm is more robust to interference than other fingerprint location algorithms and achieves nearly 70%positioning accuracy within 0.8 m.
