In the auto parts manufacturing enterprises,how to timely transmit the information on the production of auto parts to the warehouse,thus breaking the information barrier between the warehouse and the production line.The arrival of the Internet in the information age has brought new ways to solve the above problems.In addition to breaking the information barriers other than the warehouse and production lines,the production process of auto parts is also an important means to improve the management and production efficiency of enterprises.Traditional enterprises still use the traditional manual mode to complete the information transfer process in the material preparation process.The completion of the entire material preparation process requires a lot of time,material and manpower,and increases the production and operation costs of the enterprise.It seems that the production process of the automobile parts in the production process is not complicated,but there is no good management method,and it is easy to produce the chaos of the materials,which makes the production tasks of the enterprise unable to be completed in time.Therefore,the traditional preparation materials have been unable to meet the development needs of enterprise modernization.Based on the above analysis,the company promotes the seamless connection between the warehouse preparation and the production line,establishes an efficient preparation process,and realizes the material preparation system by means of informationization,thereby realizing the scientific and standardized management of the preparation process.The preparation system development option is JAVA language,the system development platform selects NeatBeans,and the database selects Oracle to store data.The preparation system is developed using the B/S framework mode.The system adopts the Struts framework based on the MVC design pattern in the development process.The database persistence layer data storage adopts the MyBatis framework.The system mainly includes functions:rights management module,basic information module,intelligent industrial computer module,and mobile app terminal module.The privilege function module implements user login permission management.The basic information module is for general pull and emergency pull services.The intelligent industrial computer is a module that realizes information transmission between the pipeline and the warehouse.The mobile app terminal module is a mobile terminal to realize the information interaction between the warehouse and the pipeline,and at the same time,to alert the warehouse inventory.The back-end database uses the Oracle database for data storage,and uses the MyBatis framework to connect,thereby realizing the operation of adding,deleting,and revising the database.The material preparation system realizes the information management of the warehouse,and realizes the seamless connection between the pipeline and the warehouse.The preparation system realizes the demonstration role in promoting the development of enterprise information.
