With the rapid development of wireless communication technology,mobile phones are already indispensable for everyone.Especially for smartphones,it can access the Internet anytime,anywhere,regardless of time and place.This feature makes it the best choice for office workers to get information and mobile work.In recent years,the Android system has quickly occupied the smartphone market with its advantages of openness and convenience.More and more users choose Android phones when purchasing smartphones.The Android system is also used in embedded systems and other fields,affecting all walks of life.Vocational education is an important part of the national education industry.The degree of vocational education development is an important indicator to measure the degree of modernization of a country or region.However,with the development of secondary vocational education,the number of vocational college teachers is increasing,and the cost of campus management and teacher office is also constantly improving.The existing office system of the college is relatively old and inefficient,and cannot meet the faculty and staff.The need for real-time mobile office.In view of the above problems,this paper first analyzes and studies the existing OA system,and deeply understands the functions of the PC-side OA system.Based on this,the Android-based mobile OA system is designed and implemented.The system is implemented using a middleware model.The existing Web-based OA system is extended to the Android terminal,and the mobile OA system is implemented through the middleware server on the basis that the original OA system remains unchanged.The middleware server is between the mobile client and the web-based OA server,and implements data conversion between the mobile App and the original OA system.At this time,the mobile OA middleware server becomes an OA server for the mobile client,and the middleware is the client of the original Web-based OA system.The MVC mode is adopted in the mobile OA client.On the basis of system function requirements and architecture design,the paper introduces the modules of personal assistant,mobile mailbox,workflow management,notification announcement,system setting,etc.,and expounds the implementation process of system security scheme.The system adopts the design idea of "middleware" when migrating the traditional PC-end system to the mobile terminal,which effectively reduces the development cost and improves the development efficiency.The security design of the APP at login is added,and the Token authentication mechanism is improved,which can effectively protect user privacy and improve system security.After testing,the system can better meet the needs of current campus mobile office,improve the degree of office automation in vocational colleges,improve the efficiency of teaching staff,and reduce the workload of teaching staff.
