With the rapid development of Internet technology,many new forms of communication have emerged.Internet radio is one of them.Based on the criteria for establishing a main body,China's Internet radio stations can be divided into three types: Internet radio stations established by traditional radio stations,Internet radio stations established by commercial companies,and self-media network radio stations established by individuals.All three have in common,that is,sound media,but there are great differences in the purpose of communication.Among them,the contents of the Internet radio stations established by traditional radio stations are broadcast by traditional radio stations.Essentially,they are merely intended to expand their influence;Internet radio stations established by commercial companies are established for profit;and individuals are established.Most of the self media network radio stations were founded based on interest.There are many reasons for the rise of Internet radio stations.The first is that traditional radio stations face transformational pressures.They must integrate with the Internet to be able to avoid being eliminated in the media competition.Second,the development of network technologies and mobile Internet also forms the Internet radio stations in China.Providing technical conditions;Third,the increasing diversity of audience demands,the increasing demand for audio media,and the promotion of Internet radio.At present,the development of the Internet radio industry in China still has problems such as uncoordinated regional development and unclear business models.This paper analyzes the characteristics of Internet radio users through questionnaire surveys,and uses SWOT analysis to analyze and evaluate the advantages,problems,opportunities,and challenges facing online radio development.Based on this,it includes content,brand building,talents,and profit models.Provide practical advice on the future direction of Internet radio.
