Information hiding is a technology that embeds secret information into digital media such as texts,images,audio,and video in a way that is not perceived,and that protects both the hidden content and the secretiveness of embedded behavior.Due to the large amount of data,digital video has received extensive attention in the field of information hiding.As a new generation of coding standard,H.264 has the advantages of strong fault tolerance and high compression ratio.Therefore,H.264 has a wide range of applications and has become one of the most efficient and common encoding methods for current network video and digital broadcasting.According to different timings of writing secret information,video information hiding algorithms mainly include three types: front-mounted,built-in,and rear-mounted.This article proposes the corresponding information hiding algorithm from the two perspectives of video information hiding front-end and built-in.The main work is as follows:(1)The LSB(Least Significant Bits)algorithm is a spatial domain algorithm that embeds information in the least significant bits.The algorithm is simple and easy to implement,but its ability to resist geometric distortion,noise and compression is poor.In order to improve the robustness of the algorithm,this paper proposes a video information hiding algorithm based on quadratic residuals.This algorithm introduces the judgment of quadratic residue based on the LSB algorithm.Take the lowest two bits of each pixel and combine them into a new eight-digit number.According to whether the embedded information stream is 1 or 0,determine whether the new number is a quadratic residue or a quadratic non-remainder for a certain number n.The information bits are compared and the combined eight bits are adjusted as needed to achieve the embedding of secret information.This algorithm greatly increases the information hiding capacity by embedding the video,has better imperceptibility,and enhances the robustness of information hiding.(2)When H.264 video is embedded in secret information and transmitted over the network,it may lose frames or lose packets due to factors such as the external environment,or it may be attacked by some networks.As a result,the secret information is destroyed and cannot be recovered.Therefore,improving the security and robustness of information hiding is an important issue in the study of H.264 video steganography algorithms.The algorithm is based on intra-frame prediction of H.264 video,modulates the intra-prediction mode ofI-frame 4x4 luma block according to algorithm rules,and realizes the embedded information hiding.The modulation method is to select eight I4 blocks of the host 4x4 luminance block and take the corresponding intra prediction mode of each block.According to the mapping rule,the prediction mode is converted into the corresponding0/1 code and combined into eight binary numbers.Combined with the judgment of the secondary residual property,the prediction mode is modulated accordingly so as to realize the embedding of secret information.Through simulation experiments,the algorithm guarantees the subjective and objective quality of the video.The algorithm improves the robustness of H.264 video information hiding based on the increase in steganalysis capacity.
