Microfluidic chip is characterized by micromation,integration and systematization.It integrates the functions of sample introduction,sampling,monitoring,separation and sample analysis.It has a wide range of applications and prospects in environmental monitoring,biological science,chemical detection and other fields.Optical fiber sensors have attracted much attention because of their small size,high sensitivity and on-line measurement.In particular,fiber optic biochemical sensors combine with microfluidics.It can realize micro detection of micro sample.It can be widely used in environmental monitoring,remote monitoring,biological detection and other fields,and has become the focus of current research.A microfluidic chip and an optical fiber sensor detection system are constructed by combining microfluidic chip with fiber optic sensor.The microfluidic chip for long period fiber grating sensor is fabricated by photolithography,and the material is PDMS.With the development of microfluidic chip processing technology,the main methods of chip processing are injection molding,hot pressing,laser ablation,soft lithography,and the latest paper chip and 3D printing technology.In this paper,microfluidic chips based on poly Polymethyl Methacrylate?PMMA?chip are fabricated by laser ablation and Polydimethylsiloxane?PDMS?microfluidic chips are fabricated by photolithography.Chips of different materials are combined with different optical fiber sensors.In the experiment,the fiber optic sensors are long period fiber grating sensors and SPR optical fiber sensors.The microfluidic chip of SPR optical fiber sensor is fabricated by CO2 laser direct method,and the material is PMMA chip.Generally microfluidic chips are generally internal closed structures.Fiber optic sensor has smaller core diameter and longer length.The fiber runs through the chip,therefore,leakage is the difficult problem.In this paper,a small aperture glue sealing method is designed to solve the problem of chip leakage after bonding,and parallel chip structure is also designed.Liquid multi parameter detection is realized.In the long period fiber grating sensor chip system,two long period fiber gratings are used as sensors.Multi sensing detection system realized by changing light path.In the SPR sensor system,we use a single sensing system.Fiber optic sensors are integrated with microfluidics in real sense.The integration of optical fiber sensor and microfluidic detection system is realized.It plays an active role in further research on fiber and chip.
