Three-axis high-g accelerometer is one of the core components of hard target penetration fuze,which has very important military value.This dissertation develops the research based on three-axis high-g accelerometer,gives analysis of the accelerometer and its testing technology in-depth.The main research content sums up as follows:1.A single-chip three-axis integrated sensitive unit with high impact load and low lateral output was designed.The mechanical analysis of the double-end solid support plate structure was carried out,the sensing principle of varistor was analyzed theoretically,the structure of sensitive unit and equivalent outPut circuit were designed and the structure was simulated and verified.2.The calibration technology research on accelerometer was carried out and the parameters of the accelerometer were calibrated.The working principle of Hopkinson bar impact test was analyzed in detail,and the parameters of the accelerometer were calibrated,the sensitivity of X,Y and Z axis are 0.303?V/g,0.283?V/g,0.502?V/g,the non-linearity are 1.42%,1.43%and 1.59%,the transverse sensitivity of the Z axis is 4.78%.3.The error Angle of multiple methods was compared and the coordinate response of the accelerometer was verified.The marchet hammer test was carried out on the calibrated accelerometer,and the error Angle was calculated using peak:value ratio method,area ratio method and multi-point average ratio method.The results show that the error Angle of the multi-point average ratio method is the smallest and the accelerometer can respond well to the three-dimensional impact acceleration.4.The technology research on dynamic range penetration test was carried out and the performance of the accelerometer in the actual projectile penetration environment was verified.A storage test module of high speed penetration test was designed,and the penetration process of this module was simulated numerically.The dynamic range penetration test of accelerometer recovered the trajectory triaxial acceleration curve.Comparing accelerometer test value,numerical simulation value and actual measurement value,the results show that the accelerometer can still work normally under the 15000g/13ms and 48000g/3ms load,the displacement error measured by the accelerometer was 6%.The accelerometer can meet the needs of test with high-impact,large-pulse-width load.Through a series of tests,the practical problem of the accelerometer from the theoretical design to the laboratory test to the range dynamic test is solved,which lays the foundation for further research on the application of the accelerometer to hard target penetration fuze.
