Research And Analysis Of The Characteristic Document Management System In The Library Of Qujing Normal University

There are many forms of local literature.Its main existence form is the following: Paper Form,Tablet Inscription and Picture Form.At present,the Paper Form of local literature is mostly in the form of the only copy extantand its value is immeasurable,moreover it is not convenient to keep for long time and not convenient to borrow.The Tablet Inscription,such as in the Northeast of Yunnan Cuan baozi tablet and longyan tablet.It is of great value and cannot be reproducible,because of its special form so it is not convenient to borrow.Picture Form is not reproducible because of its own irreducibility,and the damage to the picture itself is not recoverable by multiple shooting or scanning,so its value is particularly valuable.For this purpose,in order to better protect the local characteristic literature and the advantages of digital electronic resources,the subject research on the characteristic literature management system of Qujing Normal University has become more feasible,valuable and significant.The first chapter introduces the project background,research significance and the present status of the current characteristics literature management system of the Qujing Normal University library,and determines the research content and main direction.The second chapter analyzes the organization structure,business problems,business personnel and the original characteristics literature process.The third chapter analyzes the roles and use cases,it defines the function of the characteristic literature management system which gives the overall function package and the sub function package diagram of the system.The fourth chapter is to content the functional requirements of the characteristic literature management system which analyzes the interface class,control class and entity class,gives the entity class diagram,and designs the structure of the database table.The fifth chapter summarizes the research and analysis of the paper,and expounds the shortcomings of the research system function.At the end it makes the direction for further improvement.
