With the development of China's economy,the population of our country continues to increase and the distribution of population is more concentrated.Thus,the problem of public safety is becoming more and more important.Especially in schools,railway stations and other places with large population density,small disturbances will make the crowd enter the unstable state.Threatening people's life safety.Therefore,it is very important to conduct evacuation exercises and assess the evacuation ability of the scene.Traditional evacuation method is time-consuming,so it could not meet people's needs.The computer simulation technology is used to simulate the evacuation behavior of the crowd,which can effectively overcome the shortcomings of the traditional methods and provide guidance and help for the rapid and safe evacuation of pedestrians.In the process of crowd evacuation simulation,the selection of evacuation target,macro path navigation and group simulation are important factors affecting the evacuation effect.The traditional evacuation model takes a relatively simple consideration when selecting evacuation targets,and lacks macro path planning.To solve the above problems,a path planning method based on video data knowledge is proposed in this paper.The so-called knowledge refers to the extraction of the travel trajectory,the movement coordinates and the number of pedestrians from the real evacuation video.Such data can be used as a basis for pedestrian selection and route navigation in simulation evacuation,and thus achieve more realistic simulation results.In addition,in view of the problem of the large amount of calculation of the original social force model,the cultural algorithm is used as the framework to establish the connection between the leader and the group members in the social force model,which will greatly reduce the computation of the calculation part of the individual.Finally,a group movement simulation system is constructed,and the campus road scene and the campus hall scene are fully tested.The main work and innovation of this paper are as follows:1.A video data driven crowd path planning method is proposed.First,this method collects pedestrian evacuation video,and then uses tracking software to extract evacuation knowledge of pedestrian movement track,individual coordinate and individual number from video data.The real video data knowledge is applied to the simulation evacuation.The authenticity of evacuation is improved because the knowledge used to guide the evacuation is derived from the real video.2.An improved social force model considering group relationship is proposed.In real life,people tend to walk with people who are more intimate with themselves.In the original social force model,pedestrians are defined as isolated individuals,ignoring the impact of relationship between pedestrians on evacuation.Therefore,this paper quantifies the relationship value between individuals and adds a ‘group force' in the original social force model.Finally,the pedestrians who have close relationship can gather into one group and walk together.It is more realistic to simulate the group phenomenon in evacuation process.3.A crowd evacuation simulation method combining cultural algorithm with social force model is proposed.Based on cultural algorithm,the connection between individual and group leader in social force model is established.The next moving target is determined dynamically according to the individual and exit congestion in the group,which is closest to the exit position.Because most of the calculation is mainly aimed at groups rather than individuals,the amount of computation is greatly reduced,which can simulate large scale groups in real time and provide effective help for evacuation rehearsal.Finally,the above improvements are applied to the crowd evacuation simulation system and the realistic rendering platform.The system mainly includes scene construction,path planning,movement evacuation,realistic rendering and so on.In this system,the evacuation simulation of school road scene and school hall scene is studied and analyzed.By comparing the actual evacuation video and the results of the simulation evacuation,it can be proved that the evacuation method proposed in this paper can be more real simulation of pedestrian evacuation,and it is very practical.
