In recent years,computer group simulation is of great significance to modern social research.People's demand for models applied in group simulation is also increasing.The more accurate,vivid and vivid the model is,the more realistic the simulation is.The crowd animation which close to the real world can more effectively attract people's attention,and also can show the actual situation more effectively,so as to achieve the expected purpose of simulation.However,the closer the model is to the reality,the higher the resolution of the model is,which will make the model more complicated.Especially when the number of models is large,the high resolution of the model will undoubtedly increase the cost of the system.Therefore,it is very important to distinguish the characteristic regions of the model effectively,and to reduce the simplified data according to the characteristics of the model,and to improve the simplification efficiency.So far,the design of models in all kinds of simulation applications is not very careful and slightly rough,and the model style has not too much diversity,which leads to a low degree of distinction between each other.At the same time,in order not to cause redundancy in the system,the details of the model are also too simple to handle,and the modeling process takes time and effort.In terms of simplification of 3D models,many scholars have proposed many methods,which are aimed at different characteristics of three-dimensional models.But these methods are consistent with the details of customers' interest and other parts,so they can't meet the requirements of simplification.Aiming at the problem of time-consuming and energy consuming in traditional modeling process,we try to improve the speed of modeling and improve the quality of modeling and reduce noise as much as possible to reduce the influence of the redundant 3D data to the model.So this paper uses the Kinect camera and other efficient software to improve the modeling efficiency.This paper aims at the symmetry of the three-dimensional model,we use this feature to simplify the research area,and finally get a simplified model of retention characteristics.The main work and innovation are as follows:(1)In view of the traditional modeling method of 3D model of the modeling process is complex and multi noise and lack ofdiversity problems,this paper uses the combination of 3D model scanning software Skanect and Kinect camera to improve the efficiency of model scanning,to process the initial model,to reduce duplication and patch holes,and to do simple smooth processing to some extent.We try our best to reduce the three dimensional data of the initial model and create a real three-dimensional model.(2)For the problem of symmetry detection in three-dimensional model,we consider the symmetry of objects such as animals,furniture,figures,cars,etc.According to the shape of bounding box,we redefine the direction of coordinate axis and establish a new coordinate system.According to spatial resolution,we reduce the computation range by equal distance.We use calculus to simplify complex things.We use the symmetry based feature detection method based on the least square method to detect the symmetry of three-dimensional models,in order to make the result of symmetry detection as detailed as possible and find the symmetry that fits the actual situation to the greatest extent.(3)Aiming at the problem of retention of 3D models,it preserves autonomy in selecting feature ranges,we use feature preserving feature models to reduce the degree of simplification.According to the requirement,we simplify the computation of target simplification,simplify the operation of edge simplification with different simplification rates for the characteristic region and the non characteristic region.In the actual application process,different precision models can be placed at different locations,which are close to reality and meet diversity,and can also reduce system consumption.
